Nature's perfect Pilates mat




Returning to this location for a last grab of summer. This is the very spot I photographed Dave for the Be..Just Be exhibition...


Beginning with finding rhythmic breath work to clear the head and absorb my surroundings, acknowledging the role I play in this. From here I take a walk out into Pike/Downward Dog, Rolling into Plank, Side Lift variation, back into Pike and into Standing Roll-up with an Arm Arc.


When approaching a personal Pilates routine, I generally begin with standing and breathing, then moving intuitively, listening to how my body feels, how it wants to move and letting this flow...
