When Im working from home on a "fresh" wintery day, I put on this home brew in the morning to see me through the day...and sometimes the next and next day. My own spiced herbal "tea" (just spices, no tea leaves) keeps my tummy full, warm, focused and not looking for a carb fix! It's easy and affordable. When the fluid level gets low, just top it up (a couple of times too) and let the spices continue to brew. Whole spices and herbs can bring a lot of flavour so make it work for you. And if you don't drink it all, pop it in the fridge and reheat it another day.
