Strong, focused & ready to go 2026!

Hi folks!


Pilates for 2026 kicks off tomorrow, Tuesday 27 January, with Strength Foundations at 9am 💪.


Our 6:30am Morning Glow! sessions recommence on Wednesday 28 January and Friday 30 January, and Vitality runs on Thursday at 9am. This first term for 2026 runs from Tuesday 27 February to Friday 10 April.I hope you're feeling ready to get back into it.


Pilates is a powerful way to stay connected to your body — building strength, adaptability, and self-awareness so you can feel confident, capable, and in control of your own health and wellbeing. I take a fascia-focused approach to movement, encouraging a dynamic sense of freedom and agency in your body, helping you feel fully empowered in your own skin.


Please obvserve there will be no Pilates sessions on the following dates due to public holidays and a road trip to Melbourne to move our son Wil, who’s starting uni there:


Thursday 19 February & Friday 20 February

Monday 9 March

Friday 3 April – to Tuesday 7th: returning Wednesday 8 April (Easter break)
