Rolling over with Chi Ball!

Add a little press of the ankles into the Chi Ball in the flow of a Roll Over and Jackknife during a Pilates workout. Although I cannot say this makes the move easier, the Chi Ball helps to engage the adductors, providing additional support with further stabilisation in the move. It is a fun inversion to throw into the routine - just remember to warm up into it!
