New to the Be...Just Be Pilates Schedule


An 8-week program for the 60+ years young

Commencing on the 20th October until 8th December Thursday's from 10:30 to 11:15am. In studio, Kapunda This 45-minute ‘active aging’ session offers a focus on strength, balance & stability, flexibility along with building skills in breath work. Working with self-care techniques that are supportive and nurturing for your body without compromising on the benefits of Pilates strength training. Please book to secure your spot!
