Our ‘Body & Breathe’ experience is about connecting you to your body through breath, movement, and nutritious food! This is the perfect collaboration between Barossa Wellness, Becc Vidovich (Be…Just Be Pilates), and Kylie Zivic (2B Nourish’d Café and Actively Persistent Lifestyle Personal Training).

Your morning starts with a Pilates session, learning how to move your body in a way unique to you, learn techniques of neuro-lymphatic activation and facia release, a powerful and simple way to help you feel amazing, you will also be guided in the skill of ‘Diaphragmatic Breathing’ and how this may bring you home to the parasympathetic nervous system to ‘Rest and Digest’.


You will then be treated to the most nourishing brunch at 2B Nourish’d Café accompanied by food demonstrations with Kylie and Becc.

Whether you are new to Pilates or an experienced campaigner, all are welcome. Connecting to the body for all of us is a work in progress, there is always more to learn.
