If it's healthy, nutritious, easy, affordable and the kids enjoy it - then its a winner for me! This is a pantry throw together & I choose to lightly toast the seeds, oats, quinoa and coconut. All of the ingredients will also taste great in other recipes such and bliss balls, biscuits and slices. Serve with milk of choice (I prefer fresh almond milk, yum) or use as a topper on yoghurt. I like to add some sliced fresh fruit for complete indulgence...
